Men's Retreat

Every year, Soma men get away for a few days to hang out together, have some fun and learn/share how to be men like Jesus, empowered by Jesus, for the work of Jesus. Getting away for a weekend, often helps us become better friends and really focus on what we're learning.
This year, like last, we're headed down to Portland to McMenamins Edgefield. It's a beautiful spot with a great golf course and brewery. The teaching will be focused on living by the Spirit of Christ. We're organizing several different fun activities like golf, of course, basketball, frisbee, cards, walking the gorgeous grounds, etc.
Based on your feedback from last year, we've extended the retreat by a day and are making sure we get manly portions at our meals. The cost is now $150.
