Gatherings
Throughout history God's people have gathered together to encourage one
another and celebrate his extravagant grace and blessing in their
lives. Soma gathers together in several Expressions of the church to
continue this tradition of worship.
At these larger gatherings we spend time sharing our lives through
stories, music, teaching and food, and we consider all of this to be
acts of worship to a God who deserves it!
Downtown Expression
We gather together for fellowship, teaching, communion, and worship every Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. on the corner of 24th and Pacific in beautiful downtown Tacoma. Entrance to the building is on Commerce Street.

6th Ave Expression
Join us Monday nights as we gather for fellowship, teaching and
discussion. Doors open at 6:00pm. Dessert (please bring somthing to
serve 10-15) is from 6-7. If you can't make it for dessert - no problem
- come and join us for teaching from 7-8 and communion and worship from
8 until we feel like calling it a night! While we do some work on the 6th Ave building, we are temporarily meeting downtown.

North of Tacoma Core Group
We currently meet at the Pacific Ave building starting with a light dinner at 5:00 on Sunday evenings. Please join us as we worship together in preparation and anticipation of what God will do in the north-of-Tacoma region.

Missional Communities

We believe that we don't just go to church but that we are the church. Practically, this means that whether we meet at a coffee shop, bar, home, or in a large building we are to be God's Church wherever we go. Come and enjoy dinner and stories with some of our families.
